GOLES "Good Ol' Lower East Side" is a neighborhood housing and preservation organization that has served the Lower East Side of Manhattan since 1977. Goles has shown a tremendous effort in the wake of the 2012 superstorm, Hurricane Sandy. Harboring good hard-working goal-oriented individuals in mind, GOLES stears a way from the bureaucratic hullabaloo of some of the more "mainstream" relief organizations and is making true headway here in NYC. It's organizations like this, with real people doing real things despite the odds, that keep this grand molecule that is Earth a-spinning.
